Developing the Brief

As part of our service we help clients develop their project and design brief to a point where they are happy that it represents all their requirements and reflects their needs

Site Survey

An important part of the design process. In order to ensure accuracy. We recommend clients commission a measured survey if they do not have existing plans to hand. As well as the physical measuring of the property, this service also includes the production of 'as existing' drawings from which all others will derive.

Planning Application& Listed Building Consent

We offer a full planning services from initial concept design, preparation of required information and completion of relevant forms. We also offer to act as client's agent throughout the application process.

Building Regulations

All building work requires building regulations approval. We advise our clients on the most appropriate routes to obtain approval as well as produce the necessary documentation to support the application.
