Nuno of jnf architecture has guided us through the planning issues for our garage redevelopment in an organised professional and concise fashion. Each step has been fully explained ,all costs to be incurred were detailed upfront and to date everything has run very smoothly. He was able to engage the services of a structural engineer to clarify issues and subsequently modify where necessary our planning ambitions.

 

All decisions were ours to make and he is very astute at listening and encouraging where necessary to keep the project on track. The drawings produced for submission to the planning office were very precise and the 3D images enabled us to visualise more fully the finished project. The drawings went back and forth a few times between us to ensure everything was accurate and our ideas fully realised.
