Developing your Brief
As part of our service we help clients develop their project and design brief to a point where they are happy that it represents all their requirements and reflects their needs
Site & Measured Survey
An important part of the design process. In order to ensure accuracy. We recommend clients commission a measured survey if they do not have existing plans to hand. As well as the physical measuring of the property this service also includes the production of 'as existing' drawings from which all others will derive.
Planning Applications &
Listed Building Consent
jnf architecture offer a full planning services from initial concept design, preparation of required information and completion of relevant forms. We also offer to act as clients agent throughout the application process.
Building Regulations
All building work requires building regulations approval. We advise our clients on the most appropriate routes to obtain approval as well as produce the necessary documentation to support an application.
Tenders & Builders Quotes
Beyond our building regulations submission service we offer a tender preparation service. This involves the preparation of all necessary documentation and invitation letters to obtain accurate quotes. We also deal with any request for extra information during the tender period and help with the review of returns in order to award the contract to the successful bidder.
Project Management
As part of our 'full package' service we include project management. This can vary from a simple record keeping and reporting to full contract administration of minor works and domestic building contracts
